Please be advised that as of October 16, 2026, publication notices in the following case types will be posted to the Clerk of Courts’ website under the Public Records section: juvenile custody, visitation and support; and juvenile abuse, neglect, dependency, and permanent custody, along with subsequent motions filed in all of those cases. All civil and domestic relations notices requiring publication in a “newspaper of general circulation” pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code and applicable rules of procedure will continue to be published in the Columbus Dispatch.

Effective October 28, 2022, all pdf file uploads must be formatted no larger than legal size (8.5" X 14") and must be portrait oriented. Uploads not adhering to this format will not be accepted.

To ensure that your organization continues to receive electronic email notifications about filings, please work with your IT department to prevent those email notifications from being flagged as spam or junk.

Notice of Redaction Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for redacting personal identifiers and confidential information that should not be viewed by the public, and that this responsibility applies to all documents, including attachments and exhibits that I file. Personal identifiers and confidential information subject to redaction include, but are not limited to, information identified in the following: Ohio Superintendence Rule 44(H), R.C. 2303.901, each court's local rules, the requirements of Marsy's Law as it relates to a victim's identifying information, and as otherwise ordered by the court. I am familiar with those provisions and understand that I must submit personal identifiers and confidential information on a separate Confidential Disclosure of Personal Identifiers form which is available on the Clerk of Court's website.
